We would like to thank you for considering/placing an order with The Cheesy Delicacy. Every order matters to us and we take the utmost care and responsibility when creating the products for all your events!

TERMS POLICY

Order

  • All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance. You will be prompted to indicate a delivery date and time-frame in your cart section.
  • If you require an order within 1 day or less or for any special inquiries, please email us at info@thecheesydelicacy.com and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Quality

  • Delicacy Boxes, Platters & Cups: to maintain the quality and freshness of our ingredients, we recommend to store the products in the fridge if you do not intend on consuming it upon delivery. Please remove from the fridge for 30 minutes prior to consuming. 
  • The Delicacy Boxes, Platters & Cups should be consumed within 24 hours. 
  • Baked Treats: our baked treats should be consumed within 3 days.

Allergies

    • If you answer "Yes" to allergies in the Cart section, you will require to specify all your dietary allergies. 
    • Please note that we are not nut-free or allergen-free. When full-filling orders with allergies indicated, we make sure to take the upmost care possible and keep all products separated. We also disinfect and clean all products before full-filling each order.

Large Volume Orders

  • For orders of 10 delicacy boxes, platters, cups or more, please place the order at least 7 days in advance.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We currently serve the following regions: City of Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Pickering, Ajax and Oakville. You may always contact us if you reside outside of the above specified regions.
  • We are currently offering free local delivery for select City of Toronto areas for orders over $120.00. Please click here to see if your area qualifies for free local delivery over $120.00.
  • We partner with a local courier service who will ensure the delivery is done within the time-frame that you selected at Checkout. The courier may contact you at the phone number that you provided at Checkout. It is your responsibility to be present or make the necessary arrangements to accept the order upon delivery.
  • Your local delivery fee may range between $10.00-$40.00 depending on your location. The delivery fee will be calculated at Checkout once you have provided your shipping address.

    • Please note that we do offer Vegan Delicacy Boxes & Platters.
    • The jams provided in the Delicacy Boxes are vegan-friendly however, the honey is not.
